Who is responsible for your information?
Corp Collaboration is responsible for the personal information submitted through this website. Questions or requests about your information can be sent to support@corpcollaboration.com.
What information is collected?
When you submit the enquiry form, information may include your name, company, work email address, telephone number, number of users, current Microsoft 365 setup and the details of your request. If you contact us directly, we also receive the information contained in your message.
Why is the information used?
Your information is used to respond to your enquiry, understand your requirements, prepare a scope or quotation, arrange a consultation and deliver requested services. It may also be retained for reasonable business, security and legal record-keeping purposes.
Website form and service providers
The website enquiry form uses FormSubmit to transmit the information you provide to the Corp Collaboration Microsoft 365 support mailbox. Microsoft 365 is used to receive and manage those messages. These providers process information under their own service and privacy terms.
Website analytics
If analytics is enabled, limited technical and usage information—such as pages viewed, general device information and completed website actions—may be processed to understand and improve the website. The site is configured to use Google Analytics only after a valid measurement ID is added.
Sharing and selling
Corp Collaboration does not sell your personal information. Information may be shared with service providers where necessary to operate the website, communicate with you or deliver an agreed service, or where disclosure is required by law.
Retention and security
Information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including business and legal requirements. Reasonable technical and organisational steps are used to protect it, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable South African law, including the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you may ask to access, correct or delete personal information held about you, or object to certain processing. Email your request to support@corpcollaboration.com. Identity may need to be confirmed before a request is completed.
External links
This website may link to services such as Microsoft Bookings, email or WhatsApp. Once you follow an external link, that provider’s privacy practices and terms apply.
Changes to this notice
This notice may be updated when the website, service providers or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with a revised date.
